Essential Oils are a natural and effective way to support the body to get the rest that it needs!

There are 3 ways you can use doTERRA essential oils to promote peaceful sleep:

Aromatically~diffuse in your sleeping area or rub a few drops on your hands and take 5-10 long deep breaths before bed allowing your body to rest and relax.

Topically~Rub a few drops on the bottoms of your feet, back of your neck and across your forehead or take a warm bath and add the oil blend with 1 cup of epsom salts to your tub for a relaxing soak!

Internally~Put a few drops under your tongue, in water (please drink your oils and water out of glass, no plastic) or in a gel capsule.

Below are some recommended oils and blends to try!

Your Sleep Blend Guide

Using essential oils for sleep is super simple when you make your own blends. I like to combine my favorite sleep oils listed above with a carrier oil! I usually recommend fractionated coconut oil because it spreads the essential oil evenly over the skin, makes them last longer and has a non-greasy feel.

If you have particularly dry, cracked skin, consider using a different oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

*Note: These blends are formulated with doTERRA essential oils, which are both safe and effective for use on the skin and in the diffuser.
