LEVEL 1: FOOD-FIRST FOUNDATION

Focus on eating whole foods without strict elimination. This level is about stability and consistency, not restriction.
Example foods:
Proteins: eggs, poultry, fish, grass-fed beef, lentils, beans
Vegetables: leafy greens, squash, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower
Fruits: berries, apples, pears, citrus
Healthy fats: olive oil, avocado, nuts, seeds

Artificial sweeteners
You may choose to eliminate all irritants temporarily or focus on just one (for example, sugar) to gently support your body.
Example foods:

Vegetables: all non-starchy vegetables, roasted or lightly cooked
Fruits: berries, apples, pears (mindful portions)
Healthy fats: olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil

Hydration Guidelines for the 90-Day Reset
Hydration is one of the most important — and often overlooked — foundations of the reset. Proper hydration supports digestion, detoxification, circulation, energy, and elimination, helping your body process change more efficiently.
During the 90-Day Reset, we focus on consistent, mineral-rich hydration, not just drinking more water.
Daily Hydration Goals
Aim for half your body weight (lbs) in ounces of water per day
(Example: 150 lbs → ~75 oz water daily)
Sip consistently throughout the day rather than drinking large amounts at once
Begin your morning with water before caffeine to gently wake up digestion
Add 1-3 drops of citrus oil for additional detox support ( lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, lime or MetaPWR)
Supporting Hydration with Electrolytes
As your body releases stored waste and rebalances, your need for electrolytes and minerals may increase.
MetaPWR Recharge is a supportive way to replenish electrolytes and support hydration during the reset.
Suggested Use:
Add 1 packet of MetaPWR Recharge to 16–20 oz of water

Pause — this is often a sign of too much, too soon, too fast
Reach out to your support system — you’re not meant to do this alone
Stay well hydrated; consider coconut water and electrolytes
