Bravely Facing the Unknown
I’ve been thinking a lot about bravery this year. Bravery is defined in the dictionary as “having the mental or moral strength to face danger, fear, or difficulty.”
Since the challenges of this past year have brought fear and difficulty to the forefront for me, I want to share an essential oil that I have been using often for emotional support.

Amyris - Amyris is a sweet, woodsy oil that creates feelings of euphoria and aphrodisia. It rounds out the citrusy and spicy aromas of this blend to add grounding benefits - so that we remain rooted to the earth and grounded in who we are. Amyris is used in many blends for relaxation and connection with nature. When we feel out of control, anxious and frustrated, the Amyris in this blend can help bring us back to what is important in life.
Osmanthus - Osmanthus is a VERY rare and special oil, and therefore adds a flair of luxury to this blend. Aromatically, Osmanthus is seductive and sweet. Osmanthus reminds us that everything is going to be okay, and helps us feel safe enough to take risks without fear.
These oils are mixed together in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil, in a roller for easy use.
