My Favorite Beauty Oil for Wrinkles, Brightening Skin and Dark Circles

I want to tell you about an essential oil I use on my face EVERY single day: doTERRA Immortelle blend!

This is why I suggest Frankincense to individuals who are dealing with issues like moles, aging spots, discoloration and uneven skin. This science is the magic behind Frankincense! doTERRA Frankincense oil is ultra potent and strong, so the effects are super noticeable. It is also helpful if you have gotten a lot of sun exposure. For example if you get too much sun at the beach, I would recommend that you apply Immortelle to your skin right away.

Hawaiian Sandalwood - This is a helpful oil for skin imperfections. Hawaiian Sandalwood trees are super resilient in their natural habitat and can withstand heat, sun, storms and damage. Because they heal and regenerate themselves to stay healthy, we get to harness benefits of Sandalwood essential oil for our own skincare routines! Sandalwood oil has been used in beauty routines for a long time and we have been aware of its benefits for many years.

Lavender - Lavender calms the skin just as it calms the mind and body! Lavender can help ease redness and irritation. This will be helpful to you if you experience blotchy, uneven or problem-prone skin.

Myrrh - Myrrh can help smooth the skin, helping the complexion have a youthful texture and tightness. I often recommend using Myrrh for individuals with over-textured skin so it is a fantastic addition to the Immortelle blend!

Helichrysum - Helichrysum is brightening! Helichrysum is frequently referred to as the “Immortal Flower” for its anti-aging and regenerative abilities. I use Helichrysum when I see fine lines around my eyes or get dark circles, an ashy complexion or sun spots. Helichrysum is a superstar of the skincare world and no high-end skincare serum would be complete without it.

Rose - Pure Rose essential oil is the most luxurious oil doTERRA has. Because of this, many aestheticians are surprised to see pure Rose essential oil used in the Immortelle blend! Rose is an expensive ingredient but it is worth it…because Rose is the Queen. With the highest vibrational frequency of any essential oil ever recorded, pure Rose can help plump and moisturize the skin. Rose is helpful for all skin types.

There are many special things about doTERRA’s Rose essential oil.

While many Rose oils on the market are actually synthetic and produced in a laboratory, doTERRA Rose essential oil is sustainably sourced only in Bulgaria. The labor-intensive production process has a very low yield; it actually takes more than 10,000 freshly picked rose blossoms to produce only one 5mL bottle of Rose essential oil. Because Rose petals are so delicate, the distillation process must happen the same day that the flower is harvested.

Many Rose essential oils on the market are actually “absolutes”. Alcohol is used to “flash” the oil off the rose petals and through this process, there is some alcohol residue remaining at the end. This is why commercially available Rose oils are NOT safe for consumption.
