Regaining your Sense of Smell: Use your Essential Oils!
I have been asked many times: How can I regain my sense of smell?
A group of scientists and researchers have been sharing this amazing oil protocol that I want to share with you.
These daily steps are designed to stimulate your olfactory system, which controls the way you smell and taste.
This regimen only requires four (4) essential oils but it is very powerful and many in our community have found it to be effective! If you have lost your sense of smell or taste, please try it and let me know what you think.
This protocol is designed to last 12-24 weeks but many are reporting much quicker return of smell. That is to say - if you don’t get instant results, keep using these oils every single day! You should see a return to your sense of smell over the course of time.
The effects of these essential oils are not only for those who cannot smell or taste. These are some of the most powerful essential oils on the market and can help you improve your senses, support your emotional health and balance your moods naturally.
Here is a snippet from the printable workbook that I want to share:
“The protocol aims at providing sensory progress mainly to those who have lost their olfactory capacity or have had a decrease in their ability to smell.
It also intends to reconcile hyposmics (partial loss of olfaction) and ansomics (total loss of olfaction) with their decreased or lost sense of smell.
It must be specified that the protocol does not guarantee olfactory gain. However, published results in international scientific journals showed that about one third (12 weeks of training) or half (24 weeks of training) of hyposmics presented improved olfactory sensitivity after this training.
Many noted an impact on their feelings during mealtimes and the redevelopment of their sense of taste. They also say that they feel much better and that there is an improvement in their quality of life.”

Print the workbook below so that you can track your improvement.
Please note: This is created by scientists, so it looks a bit complicated…but this is actually super simple! Basically, spend time 2x daily deeply inhaling each essential oil for at least 30 seconds.
Track how it’s working for you every single day and notice improvements as you do! Try it out…

How to use the oils:
Make sure to print the workbook above to follow along with the scientific study and track your results.
In each empty glass bottle, Add 20 drops of essential oil, representing 1 ml. Measure 50 ml (approximately 1.7 ounces) of water into the bottle with the essential oil, cap and shake.
Every day, twice a day, inhale the diluted essential oils straight from the bottles for at least 30 seconds each.
If the workbook feels too overwhelming, just check off that you did this 2x every single day on a piece of paper. It’s important to track your results and consistency to see what is working for you and on which day you saw the most progress!
Consistency is the most important part of this protocol.
